Great experience and friendly workers. Shout out to Marla because she was very friendly and helped me with a question I had.

The coffee was tasty but this location is an outlier for lousy service for any coffee shop I've been to. Rated 1 star for the Redmond Avondale location because three of the five times I've been there my simple request for a doppio espresso has been forgotten, and messed up (added creme) to the espresso. Some of the staff is attentive and the majority need to pay more attention to detail. It's a simple request espresso!

Starbucks. You must give them credit for one thing. Consistency. This used to be just for coffee, but now even the staff is more consistent. Sometimes I wonder if they same people work at all the shops. Would love to see a lot more diversity and a lot more friendliness. Some stores are better than others, but overall, they are close. Always make it better. This location is great, but wish it was a little bigger. Staff is great.

Starbucks is convenient in many areas of town to grab a coffee. I especially like the locations that prepare coffee in a Clover device.

There seems to be a high turnover of employees, hardly any of which know much about coffee. I'm not convinced that they're trained very well, as there's never a conceivable difference between a latte and a cappuccino, and god forbid you ask for a dry cappuccino. Espresso is also frequently burnt. Kinda not worth the money.
